Associate member |
Registered members of the association who are non-Malaysians and are not eligible to vote or to be voted for any portfolios in the association.

Open to all Malaysians who are interested in special education and are 18 years of age and above.

Institutional member |
Open to registered institutions such as schools, institutions of higher learning, government agencies, non-governmental bodies, and private sectors. Two representatives shall be sent by the institution to attend the annual general meeting. |

Life member |
Open to ordinary members who wish to pay for life member fees.

RM300.00 per life |

Honorary member |
Appointed by the association, he/she must be a renounce individual or expert who has contributed excellently in the field of special education as well as able to uphold the image of the association. |
